**To the Leaders of the Free World and the Dictators of an Unjust System**
Pursuant to the natural laws of a free society and title 13.1, Chapter 10 of the Code of Virginia, the undersigned incorporator(s) hereby form a non-profit corporation as follows:
Article I: Name
The name of the organization is The Hive Social Garden, hereinafter referred to as “the Garden”.
Article II: Principal Office
The principal office of the corporation in the state of Virginia is located at 4518 Andes Dr, Fairfax, VA 22030. The mailing address of the corporation is 4518 Andes Dr, Fairfax, VA 22030.
Article III: Purposes
The Garden aims to facilitate discussions, educational initiatives, and interfaith dialogues to promote mutual understanding and appreciation of social engineering to help LGBTQ+ creatives, sex workers, and their allies engineer a more equitable world where nature and technology co-exists and all beings can learn and thrive together.
The mission of the Hive Social Garden is to disrupt power-based violence through online access to community care and education that promotes sustainable globalization, local community organizing, and ethical social engineering practices.
The vision is to use nature and technology to engineer a more equitable world for all beings to thrive.
The specific purposes include, but are not limited to:
- To foster spiritual growth, moral values, and community engagement.
- To promote inclusivity, respect, and understanding among diverse religious and cultural backgrounds.
- To advocate for the ethical use of technology to improve the lives of all creatures, big and small.
- To facilitate discussions, educational initiatives, and interfaith dialogues to promote mutual understanding and appreciation of social engineering to help LGBTQ+ creatives and their allies engineer a more equitable world where nature and technology co-exists and all beings can learn and thrive together.
- To disrupt power-based violence through online access to community care and education that promotes sustainable globalization, local community organizing, and ethical social engineering practices.
- To leverage quantum intelligence, social engineering, and sustainable globalization techniques to help vulnerable communities secure their intellectual property, share their experiences, and build a more sustainable and equitable future.
- To provide online access to community care and education.
- To promote sustainable globalization and local community organizing.
- To foster self-worth and community pride through skills sharing and experiential learning.
- To help families navigate an ever-evolving world.
- To build sustainable, inclusive communities.
- **Anti-Bullying Clause:** To create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all members, participants, and affiliates, free from bullying, harassment, and any form of power-based violence. The Garden is committed to fostering a culture of kindness, empathy, and mutual respect, where all individuals are treated with dignity and consideration.
Article IV: Non-Profit Status and Limitations
- This corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for the charitable, educational, and community benefit purposes set forth in Article III. No part of the net earnings of the corporation shall inure to the benefit of, or be distributable to, its members, directors, officers, or other private persons, except that the corporation shall be authorized and empowered to make payments and distributions in furtherance of its exempt purposes.
- No substantial part of the activities of the corporation shall be the carrying on of propaganda, or otherwise attempting to influence legislation, and the corporation shall not participate in, or intervene in (including the publishing or distributing of statements) any political campaign on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office.
- The corporation shall not carry on any activities not permitted to be carried on by a corporation exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Code.
Article V: Registered Agent
The name and address of the registered agent of the corporation in the State of Virginia is: Danielle Younker, 4518 Andes Rd, Fairfax, VA 22030.
Article VI: Governing Body
The Garden shall be governed by a diverse and inclusive leadership team comprising the Mysterious Bee-nedict Society and led by the JEDI Council of Queens & Kings. The Mysterious Bee-nedict Society shall oversee the Garden’s activities, decision-making, and represent the collective voice of the Garden.
Membership in the Garden shall be open to individuals who align with the Garden’s principles, regardless of their religious or cultural affiliations. All members shall have equal rights and opportunities to participate in the Garden’s activities and decision-making processes.
The initial board of directors shall be composed of the co-founders, Stephen Younker, Danielle Younker, Sarah Younker, and Gregory Younker. They will remain as members of the board until they appoint a replacement or a unanimous vote of current board members removes them. New board members can be appointed by a unanimous vote of all current board members and will at no point exceed thirteen members.

Article VII: Activities and Initiatives
The Garden shall engage in a variety of activities and initiatives, including but not limited to:
- Organizing forums, panel discussions, and workshops to facilitate dialogue and understanding between different religious and cultural communities (Interfaith Dialogues).
- Conducting seminars, lectures, and study groups to promote knowledge and awareness about social engineering and the ethical use of technology (Educational Programs).
- Collaborating with local communities to organize charitable events, social initiatives, and service projects to address societal needs (Community Outreach).
- Organizing planned adventures in time and space, exploring quantum intelligence, social engineering, and sustainable globalization (Byte-Sized Adventures).
- Crafting and planting for femmes, turning Hives into Garden Havens (Sowing Circles).
- Reverse Engineering the Patriarchy for a More Sustainable and Inclusive Future (Femme in STEM).
- Operating a learning center where individuals can learn about anything, ask questions, and do research (The Communications Center).
- Providing a space for content creators to meet and collaborate (The Creatives Den).
- Developing a network of businesses and community members that ensure access to basic life needs (A Bed to Rest, A Clean, Private Bathroom, A Meal to Nourish the Body, A Book to Nourish the Mind) (The Safe House Network).
- Developing a quantum learning platform for Space and Military Intelligence Learning Experience (SMILE) where individuals learn Quantum Intelligence, Ethical Social Engineering, and Sustainable Globalization (Storyteller Energy).
- Facilitating mentorship and coaching through the Mysterious Queen Bea Society.
- Providing neuro/queer youth programs (The Honey Bea Coven).
- Offering trauma-informed peer support for neuro/queer individuals (Merlin’s Rainbow Beas).
- Promoting inclusive, consent-based sexual wellness.
- Providing a Space and Military Intelligence Learning Experience (SMILE) to understand and safely thrive in the world.
- Developing competency-based portfolio building for a competency-based curriculum and supplemental learning activities (Sparks).
Article VIII: Dissolution
Upon the dissolution of the corporation, the assets of the corporation shall be distributed for one or more exempt purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Code, or shall be distributed to the federal government, or to a state or local government, for a public purpose. Any such assets not so disposed of shall be disposed of by a court of competent jurisdiction of the State of Virginia, exclusively for such purposes or to such organization or organizations, as said court shall determine, which are organized and operated exclusively for such purposes.

Article X: Private Foundation Restrictions
Notwithstanding any other provision of these Articles, the Garden shall not carry on any activities not permitted to be carried on by an organization exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Code or by an organization described in Section 509(a)(1), (2), or (3) of the Code.
The Garden shall not engage in any act of self-dealing as defined in Section 4941(d) of the Code, nor retain any excess business holdings as defined in Section 4943(c) of the Code, nor make any investments in such manner as to subject the Garden to tax under Section 4944 of the Code, nor make any taxable expenditures as defined in Section 4945(d) of the Code.
